Maybrick was established in 1979. We have been building a reputation for high quality workmanship for over 21 years, which we consolidated in 1995 by gaining certification to BS EN ISO 9002. We have been registered with CORGI since its beginnings, a fact supported by our registration number of 173. We are also NICEIC Approved Contractors and we are members of the Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association (HVCA).

In April 2001 we moved from Hornchurch to larger premises in the heart of Romford, Essex, just a two minute walk from Romford main line railway station and close to all bus routes. This provided us with more office space, a meetings and training room which we desperately needed, archive rooms, much larger stores area and a private car park. We run a fully equipped fleet of vehicles, including waste removal trucks, and are registered with the Environment Agency for the transportation of waste. We provide all site plant and equipment as required by the contract, including scaffolding, site accommodation/staff welfare accommodation. All portable electrical equipment is PAT tested and labelled. Our staff are fully trained and regularly updated in safe site management and working practices. All Sites have a fully qualified first-aider and all staff are encouraged to undertake basic first-aid training including CPR.
