Maybrick has carried out refurbishment and remodelling to various public buildings such as Jean Stokes Community Hall, Islington Connexions Centre, Holy Trinity Resource Centre, Highbury Quadrant School and Jubilee Street Social Services Offices. The buildings generally remain occupied during the works. New mechanical and electrical services are usually of a high specification with provision for special needs users being a priority.
Special Adaptations, Building Reinstatements (after fire, collapse, flood or dereliction) and Shop Remodelling/Refitting, often involve extensive building works such as Plashet Road, a derelict house converted to two flats.

After a serious collapse, Maybrick has demolished and is about to re-build two three-storey properties in North London.

Works at Jubilee Street Social Services Offices (featured) included the erection of new metal stud partitioning with acoustic insulation and associated building works to include a new reception desk, new offices, secure interview rooms and a Porter's Concierge. The joinery was of solid ash construction. The new electrical installation included state of the art lighting and the mechanical installation included new special needs facilities.
