Electrical & Data Installations Maybrick carries out a full design and build electrical and data cabling service, particularly to new build properties, however, most of Maybrick's other contracts include electrical works: refurbishment, tank controls, etc., even boiler installations have to be electrically connected and tested.

Maybrick has specialised in concierge installations to tower blocks and door-entry systems such as Butchers Road in Newham which included CCTV.

We are about to commence 3 door-entry projects for Sutton Council.

At the Shadwell Centre (featured) Maybrick carried out works to provide new IT rooms. The rooms were refurbished and workstation areas provided to accommodate banks of computers and associated peripherals (printers etc.) The electrical works involved new power and lighting installations, with power isolators to minimise any disruption to training, and new Thorn luminaires with mirrored louvres. The electrical and data cabling was enclosed within Profile 4 trunking.
